Little Hearts Matter
Today we held a ‘Half a Heart Day’ at our school and nursery to raise money for the Little Hearts Matter Charity. We hold this event regularly because we have a child in Year 5 (Imogen) who has hypoplastic left heart syndrome. The children all wore red and blue to school and nursery and donated a minimum of £1 towards the charity. Imogen and Mrs Board also did a presentation to the whole school about her condition and the Little Hearts Matter charity. We raised £240.20 – Thank You.
