Bronze Level Sports Ambassadors
This week 6 children from Years 5 and 6 attended a course to enable them to become Sports Leaders with the school. The programme is run as part of Dorset School Games with the intention of enabling the children to become effective leaders in the following areas:
To increase participation and healthy lifestyles in the school
To promote the positive values of sport.
To be an ambassador and role model advocating for PE and school sport.
To be the young people’s voice on PE and school sport.
The group will now join the other leaders from Year 6 who were trained last year and will be active within the school as sports leaders.
