Netball Champions
Just before half term the year 4/5/6 netball team competed in the Gillingham School’s netball tournament at Gillingham Secondary School. This was a relatively unexperienced team with many never having played netball for the school before. The whole team played brilliantly and showed great team spirit, resilience and tenacity. After convincingly winning all their group games, they then played Mere Primary School in the final, where they won 3-1. A brilliant achievement. The team will now represent the Gillingham area in the North Dorset School’s competition to be held in March.
